Belgian Team initiates RALIVM2019 Entry List

The Belgian Team Wagemans/Geerland was the first to register its the entry for RALIVM2019. The Belgian driver Joachim Wagemans in a Peugeot 208 T16 RS (VR5) from team Autostal Atlanticwas the first competitor to formalize the Entry Form for Ralivm 2019. Wagemans competed last year in Madeira alongside his fellow compatriot and teammate, Francois Geerland. Madeiran competitors, Tiago Neves with a Toyota Yaris RC5 and Bruno Fernandes with a Citroen DS3 R3T, have also submitted they entry form to the Rali Vinho Madeira organisation.

Pedro Calado: RALIVM Is More Than a Motorsport Event

O Vice-Presidente do Governo Regional, Pedro Calado considera o Rali Vinho Madeira muito mais do que um evento desportivo.

A presença em massa da população madeirense nas estradas na semana do rali, em particular nos três dias de competição, e o entusiasmo ímpar de muitas famílias de aficionados do automobilismo, também foram realçados pelo governante que tem o seu nome na galeria dos vencedores do Rali Vinho Madeira.

The President of the Organizing Committee of the RALIVM, José Paulo Fontes, presented at a press conference the event which is as one of its attractions the returning to the roads in the North of Madeira island.

Rali Vinho Madeira commemorates 60 years.

This year, Rali Vinho Madeira commemorate it's 60th edition. The organising club, Club Sports da Madeira, the oldest Sport Organisation in the Autonomous Region of Madeira, celebrates its 110th anniversary. This year, the Rali Vinho Madeira will be held on August 1, 2 and 3. The rally action starts with SS1 - Avenida Arriaga - on Thursday August 1st, at 19:30 hours and the event finishes on Saturday with the podium arrival and subsequent prize giving, at around 18:00 hours. The there-day event returns to the customary running schedule, from Thursday until Saturday. This allows for all, competitors as well as madeirans and visitors alike, to live the moments and relish in all the well known and promoted festivities set for the Saturday night of August 3rd.
