Filipe Freitas, driving a Porsche 991 GT3, is leading the RGT competitors midway through the second day of competition of Rali da Madeira. He holds a 4.1-second lead over Paulo Mendes, who uses the Porsche 992 GT3 he debuted in this event a year ago. Third in this group is occupied by Belgian Joachim Wagemans, driving an Alpine A110 RGT, over a minute behind the leader. Immediately behind, but far behind, are Miguel Andrade and Paulo Carvalheiro, both in Porsche 991 GT3s.
