The initial administrative and technical checks for the 67th edition of Rali da Madeira are currently taking place at Praça CR7 and Cais 6 in the Harbour of Funchal, and will continue until 7.00 pm. During the administrative checks, all documents relating to the competitors’ participation are examined, whilst during the initial technical checks, the technical commissioners verify that the cars comply with their type-approval certificates and are approved for road use. Although these checks take place during working hours, many people did not miss this opportunity to get up close to the teams and take a closer look at the cars that will be roaring along Madeira’s roads throughout the three days of competition.
