He holds a 4.5-second lead over second-placed Paulo Mendes in a Porsche 992 GT3, who, in turn, holds an 8-second lead over Rui Pinto, who sits at the bottom of an intermediate podium in his Skoda Fabia Rally2 Evo. Immediately behind him are Filipe Freitas and Miguel Andrade, both in Porsche 991 GT3s.
